Naoko leading a sakura group

Naoko led a UK sakura group to Hokkaido in May 3-11 2023.


Naoko and the group planted roses.
They planted roses as a symbol of UK-Japan friendship.

      I was in Leiden in late March giving a talk about Cherry Ingram and his legacy to over 100 people and was impressed with the Dutch people’s passion for blossoms.
